Enhancing Business Communication Skills: An Action Research

چکیده

This collaborative action research involving a lecturer and student researcher intended to enhance group of final-year students’ business communication skills prepare them for employment. study deployed the cycle: Identify-Plan-Act-Reflect. The pre-test results found that students had difficulties communicating confidently interacting clearly in discussions, they were unable exhibit good impression perception during discussions. Therefore, teaching intervention was designed executed improve confidence communicating, clarity when speaking improvise etiquette discussion among students. five elements emphasized are etiquette, pronunciation, discourse management, interactive confidence. post test showed has significantly improved pronunciation. indicates managed competencies.
